How do I get started with GK Prep?

Operations
How quick is your turnaround time?
We aim to dispatch stock within 24 hours of arrival. Larger deliveries, such as pallets, may take up to 48–72 hours.
Deliveries & Handling
Do you accept pallets?
Yes, we can handle pallet deliveries. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare.
What happens if you damage my items?
In the rare event we damage a product, we will reimburse you at COGs x1.2 upon receipt of your invoice.
What happens if my products arrive damaged from a wholesaler or retailer?
We’ll provide photos, quantities, and details of any damaged units, and can return stock to you or the retailer upon request.
Pricing & Billing
How do I pay for the prep service?
You'll receive a monthly invoice for your prep fees, based on the data recorded in your 24/7 access portal. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
